In a report released by the Swiss authorities, death penalty advocates were given permission to collect referendum signatures in order to restore capital punishment after it was abolished 70 years ago. Apparently a study has shown that Illinois is loosing $200 Million a year in gambling revenue due to the ban on smoking.
